Are you a technology leader who enjoys improving systems, solving complex challenges, and helping teams work more effectively? The Open Door is seeking an IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead technology strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll drive technology improvements, oversee critical systems and vendors, supervise the IT Support & Systems Assistant Manager, and help shape the future of technology across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technology operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor relationships. 
  • Supervise and mentor the IT Support & Systems Assistant Manager while ensuring exceptional technology support for staff. 
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision making. 
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data strategies that help leadership measure impact. 
  • Lead cross-functional technology projects and manage organizational technology planning and budgeting.

What You’ll Bring

  • Seven or more years of progressive IT leadership experience supporting complex technology environments. 
  • Experience with modern cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Salesforce, and related platforms. 
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Commitment to The Open Door’s mission, values, and culture of service. 
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. 

Position Details

  • Pay: $33.00-$36.30 per hour 
  • Schedule: 32 paid hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, onsite Gloucester-based 
  • Benefits including prorated PTO, earned sick time, matching retirement
