How long will it take to process my application?

We will process your application within 3 business days and contact you with instructions on how to order groceries.

I need food now and can’t wait for my application to be processed. What should I do?

Come to the Gloucester Food Pantry for a “Quick-Trip” 3-5 day supply of grocery staples. We are open M-F from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Quick Trips are also available at the Ipswich Community Food Pantry, open W-TH from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

I also need help with a SNAP application. Can you help me with this?

Yes! To make an appointment with our Client Services Department for assistance with a SNAP application, email us at snap@foodpantry.org OR call 978-283-6776 and choose Option 2 to book an appointment.

How to I get meals to-go?

Meals to-go are available for pick-up during business hours. We also offer in-person dining at the Gloucester Food Pantry from 4:30-5:30 p.m. M-F.
