- Starting range: $72,800-$80,080/year
- 40 hours per week/Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., occasional nights & weekends

The Open Door is a leading food equity organization based in Gloucester on Boston’s North Shore with a mission is to alleviate the impact of hunger in our community. The organization provides critical food resources to 11,893 people annually. This is an opportunity to use your skills to make a difference.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the backbone of our technology and data operations — keeping systems running smoothly, supporting staff, and making sure our data helps drive smart decisions.
- IT Operations & Security: Manage daily tech needs across hardware, software, networks, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, phones, and security systems; respond to issues and keep systems protected and up‑to‑date.
- Data Strategy & Reporting: Lead annual and on‑demand client data collection, analyze trends, and share clear dashboards and reports with teams.
- Systems Improvement: Streamline tools, workflows, and integrations to reduce redundancies and improve how information flows across the organization.
- Training & Staff Support: Help staff learn and confidently use digital tools; provide ongoing troubleshooting and tech guidance.
- Event & Meeting Tech: Set up, support, and break down technology for board meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and professional development days.
- Web, Documentation & Planning: Oversee SEO and web analytics, maintain SOPs and tech documentation, and partner on the technology budget.
