What is a Holiday Meal Basket?

A Holiday Meal Basket is a free supply of all the fixings needed to prepare a special holiday meal at home. For example, a Thanksgiving Holiday Meal Basket may include a turkey (or special diet alternative), squash, apples, potatoes, gravy mix, cornbread mix, cranberries, carrots, stuffing mix, etc. For December we often have turkey or ham available, in addition to special diet alternatives.

Who can sign-up for Holiday Meal Baskets?

We serve 11 cities and towns: Gloucester, Rockport, Ipswich, Essex, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Hamilton, Wenham, Boxford, Topsfield, Rowley, and Georgetown. You must also comply with current TEFAP Income Guidelines to qualify for our food services.
